Beds were fine. Rooms smelled great. The doors are all very tight so you can hear all of your neighbors opening and closing the door. Breakfast is great here and the lobby is clean and classy. I'll use this as my go to value stay in NB!
I had a great stay. Came in to flee the Hurricane with my family. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. The room was clean and A/C was cold. It was surprisingly quiet. We booked an interior room. The pool was great! Kids had a blast! Breakfast was your basic eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffles, muffins, fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc.. but it was hot and fresh. We asked for extra blankets and was given them with no questions asked. Our stay here was a very pleasant one. Thank you !
A good basic place to stay. The 20+ year motel has been updated. It is a handy lo ation on I35, but traffic sounds might bother you, not too bad. A very nice breakfast was available.
We had a positive experience at this hotel. The heat did not work in our room and the attendant was apologetic and very attentive. She moved us to the next room after first making sure the heat worked. The room was clean. The mattress was firm and comfortable. Other furniture was older and worn, and the finish on the tub was pealing. Housekeeping was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They served a hot breakfast, eggs, potatoes and sausage along with the usual waffles, cereal and yogurt. A little high priced considering the need for updates, but we appreciated having a clean place to stay.
We stayed at Best Western in New Braunfels on March 1-2, 2025 and I would like to thank the hospitality crew there! They are hands down some of the best folks! They are friendly, gracious,and honest. I accidentally left two silver necklaces and received a phone call notifying me of this, in time so I could return and grab them before leaving town. The late night hostess, morning hostess and the breakfast crew were all wonderful and welcoming! Best Western, y’all have a great crew in New Braunfels, Texas!
This is a nice hotel, we stayed in a king suite. The sofa bed was comfortable to sit and watch TV. The shower pressure was great. Even though it is by IH35, you can't hear the traffic. The only bad thing is, a person has to be able to walk up 2 flight of stairs if you get an interior room on the second floor. Breakfast was good, they served eggs, potatoes, and sausage links. We stayed 1 night and the beds were comfortable.
Great rates, nice clean rooms with a friendly staff. I was impressed with my overall experience here at the New Braunfels location. Two thumbs up. Took off one star in the morning when they were showing the news and national tragedies on tv in the breakfast area.
